Sooo...what's better than doing 171.5 push ups and 56 pull ups on Friday? Doing 72 more pull ups on Sunday, that's what! Legs and Back was yesterday and it was fun. This workout got my heart rate up (because of the leg work) and was tough of course, but doable.
YogaX was on Saturday and I LOVED it! 90 minutes of stretching, balancing, and breathing. It was definitely one of the best yoga DVDs that I've seen. Pretty comparable to my favorite yoga teacher, Heidi.
Today is KenpoX and I've heard it's the best DVD of the bunch. It's a cardio workout and I'll tell you how it goes later...

I love the PX90 too! I admit I use a lot of the stuff mixed in with my classes. I haven't done chest and back (I don't have a pull-up bar at home), but love the ab ripper x and everything else! Glad you're back giving us tips!
Leisa I love all of it but I have to say I hate Yoga! It is so not my thing. I try to like it and I just can't! I'm glad your having fun!
Hurray!!
Leisa, I was laying in bed Saturday morning watching the commercial for this and was so close to ordering it. I think I may have to do it now after reading your blog!! Is it like an hour of work a day? And do you do something every day?
Hey, Steve saw you at Bailies and came home asking if it was you. Now that he knows it's for sure you he'll give you a wave or say HI!!
It's more like 60-90 minutes per day depending on what you do for that day. There is a workout schedule you follow. It's the same videos for the first 3 weeks then a recovery week (with less intense workouts) and you repeat that 3 weeks with 1 week recovery changing up the videos for the whole 90 days. There is a rest day but you do 6 days of workouts every week.
I didn't see Steve. If I did I would have said Hi. I forget...is it Thursday's that you come? Anyway, I'll look for him too.
