Tip of the Day--SLEEP


Getting enough sleep is important for a number of reasons. Get less than recommended and you can nearly double your risk for type 2 diabetes. Got a big appetite? Are you sleeping 6-8 hours a night...every night? Getting just five or fewer hours of sleep per night for only one week can alter levels of appetite controlling hormones which can lead to overeating, weight gain, and diabetes. Go to bed early!

So you heard about that, huh? I couldn't do lunges with that foot in back today because it doesn't want to bend. That bastard! I'm kinda embarrased that my eye's were watering!!

Well, shoot, the guy weighs like 250 now. Anybody would cry! He smacked me in the ass so hard yesterday that it throbbed for an hour. He really is a bastard!

Sleep? Interesting. I like to go to bed late and get up early. I have a really problem with burning the candle at both ends.
